1. Payment Options

This policy applies to purchases at zepkiv.com. Use a payment method offered by the active checkout. Availability can vary by currency, destination and payment-provider eligibility.

No particular card network or wallet is promised unless it appears as an available option for your transaction.

2. Review Before Paying

Check your items, quantities, selected options, currency, delivery fees, taxes and discounts in the final total. A financial institution may separately charge conversion or international transaction fees.

Import charges depend on the destination and disclosed shipping arrangement. Ask us before ordering if responsibility is unclear.

3. Authorization and Verification

Use only a method you are authorized to use. Payment services may request authentication, decline a transaction or place a temporary hold. A hold does not always mean a completed charge.

We may request proportionate clarification to resolve payment or fraud concerns. If an order cannot proceed, captured payments are returned as required. Your provider controls the release of an unsuccessful hold.

5. Payment Problems and Refunds
