1. Seller and Application

Guangzhou Huaqu Trading Co., Ltd. sells through zepkiv.com under zepkiv™. These conditions cover purchases. Website conduct is covered by the Terms of Use. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.

2. Product Selection and Orders

You must have capacity to enter the purchase or act through a lawfully authorized representative. Provide accurate order, contact and delivery details and use a payment method you are authorized to use.

Read the selected listing for materials, dimensions, contents and care instructions. Performance, compatibility and material claims are product-specific. Screen-related appearance differences do not excuse goods that are materially misdescribed.

An order submission requests the goods. An automated receipt alone is not final acceptance. Acceptance is communicated through dispatch confirmation unless we expressly accept earlier or applicable law provides otherwise.

3. Prices, Payment and Availability

Review the checkout currency and total, including fees, taxes and discounts. Your financial institution may charge separate conversion fees. Payment options are those offered by the active checkout.

If an unavailable item, payment concern or material error prevents an order proceeding, we will explain the position and handle cancellation or repayment as required. Later price changes do not unilaterally rewrite accepted purchases.

4. Delivery and Changes

Normal processing is 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Eligible U.S. transit is estimated at 7–15 business days after dispatch. See the Shipping Policy for details.

Request changes or cancellations quickly. Fulfillment progress may limit operational changes, without removing mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights. Material delays are handled under applicable obligations.

5. Product Care, Returns and Remedies

Use tools as directed and observe their care and handling instructions. The collection does not carry a universal claim of professional, therapeutic, hypoallergenic or sterilization performance.

The voluntary return-request period is 30 days after receipt under the Return & Refund Policy. Any hygiene exclusion requires the conditions allowed by law. Rights for unsafe, faulty, incorrect or undelivered goods remain additional to this offer.

6. Responsibility and Concerns

Responsibility is determined under applicable law. Nothing excludes duties that cannot lawfully be excluded, including relevant obligations concerning fraud, personal injury and consumer guarantees.

Disruption outside reasonable control does not automatically remove refund or cancellation duties. Contact us to resolve a concern; access to competent courts, regulators and other lawful remedies is preserved. Mandatory protections in a consumer's home jurisdiction are not waived.
